From Malmรถ and Gothenburg, I Love Your Lifestyle are due to release their third LP later this month, barely a year and a half after this beaut of a record came out.
On "The Movie" we have poppy-emo with urgent vocals, almost-math-rock guitar noodles and memorable riffs, and a light, bouncy energy. There's also some gorgeously dreamy indie here, such as on "The Party", "Perfect Life", or the mesmerisingly wonderful title track.
It's a great combination, that certainly works, and raises I Love Your Lifestyle above other less varied emo acts. Another nice touch is the record closing with a song in the band's native Swedish.
Yup, I like this a lot. Very much worth a download.
