This is Spraynard's 2010 debut, an anthemic shouty blink-and-you'll-miss-it gritty pop-punk juggernaut.
It's got great vocal interplay, catchy riffs, melodicism, bonkers song titles, and a genuine sense that the band is having fun.
They've amassed a decent discography either side of a 2012-2015 breakup / hiatus, but if you're new to them this record is a great place to start.
