"Contentment" is the most recently recorded album, if not the most recent release, from Dundee's Terrafraid; a trio who consistently produce melodic and achingly beautiful punk-tinged indie/emo/pop gems.
Soaring dual vocals take centre stage, as do the harmonies, often in-amongst grand soundscapes that belie the band's size, or over the top of driving intricate emo/indie rock (especially the duo of "Back to Default" and "Social Marks").
It's a gorgeous album and highly recommended for anyone who thinks they'll enjoy most of the elements on offer here.
