Retro-ish electronic indie-pop is the order of the day here, with a slight hip-hop vibe on some tracks, all served up by San Diego's TV Girl, now by way of Los Angeles. Who Really Cares is their 2nd album, from 2016, and like most of their other records was self-released.

The main vocals have a comforting and slightly airy quality to them, whilst the music itself, even at its most sample-strewn and lively, still retains a calmness and a groove reminiscent of chillout or lounge. This is an album to relax to for folks who still want their beats, an album for those who don't want to get up to get down... and probably for other people too.
